Divine Interruptions - Greater is Coming!

I am scheduled for left knee surgery this week. I entered a time of prayer earlier and came out with this word, and it's what I needed. I just want and desire a greater anointing to rest upon the church, not about me, but for His Holy Spirit to move and operate in new gifts. I am just hungry to keep growing and moving into a greater walk with Him until He calls me home. To move upon His children in a fresh way and into a season of revival; that's certainly my heart's desire and my prayer. The Lord has graciously spoken to me about this time of surgery now happening, after originally thinking it wouldn't, not to question it but to keep trusting His will and His way and it's happening for a reason.... and I need to grow deeper with Him through it. I need to be still and keep hearing from Him. 

I've been reflecting on and listening to the song a lot lately, "Greater Is Coming" by Jekalyn Carr. Through that song, I am reminded of this:

"An olive has to go through three stages, for its oil to run. It has to go through the shaking, the beating, and the pressing. And just like the olive, sometimes you may have felt like you went through (are going through) the shaking, the beating, and the pressing. But God. You've gone through all of that (going through all of that) for your oil to flow. Now, your greater is coming".

Then, the Lord spoke this so clearly to me:

"I AM INTERRUPTING, BUT EMBRACE THIS DIVINE INTERRUPTION, FOR THERE YOU WILL FIND A NEW MOVE OF MY HOLY SPIRIT. AGAIN, THIS BATTLE WILL END MY CHILD, AND AN EVEN GREATER ANOINTING WILL REST UPON YOU THROUGH MY HOLY SPIRIT", SAYS THE LORD OF HOSTS. 

Maybe you're facing an "interruption" in your life right now, that you weren't prepared for, but maybe it's very well a divine interruption for you and God is indeed preparing you for something greater too! Be still and know that He is God! Trust the process! Even when you can't feel Him moving like you think you should, rest assured that He is moving!
