A wall of fire about me, I've nothing now to fear.

I am so thankful that God has proven to me and shown to me time and again how He's put "a wall of fire about me", and He brought that song and this scripture to my mind.
"A wall of fire about me": God's divine protection. I am reminded of the Prophet Zechariah, where the Lord promises, "I myself will be a wall of fire around it" to protect the city of Jerusalem "and I will be the glory in her midst" (Zechariah 2:5).
I know we are safeguarded from the attacks of the enemy by God's supernatural fiery defense. And I know God's glorious and powerful presence dwells within us.
Just hold on to God. He's got you in the palm of His hand where you're most protected. He's your shield. And He has promised as our father, as our king, as our savior, and as our deliverer, to be our protector.
