Victory is Coming!

The Summer of 2025 was a busy time for me with family vacations, a vacation with friends, church activities, all while fighting health battles of my own (I have had three surgeries/procedures this year and possibly facing one more this Fall). I haven't been posting consistently on this blog like I have intended to, but this blog always stays near to my heart. It is a part of my testimony. I want you to know that whether I make a blog post multiple times a month, or only once every few months, I hope and pray that when something is posted it reaches the right person to bring encouragement and hope their way. My heart is ministry, and I stay busy with ministering at my church and to my community and even at our local nursing home. Blog and social media platforms are also a part of my ministry. It really isn't my ministry though, it is all God. I am just His hands and feet, His mouthpiece, and His willing vessel to be used of Him.

So, even though this word comes almost two months after God first shared it with me, it is still just as revelant now as I am sharing it with you.

God spoke clearly to my heart the first Sunday of July 2025 about complete victory coming and overcoming the enemy (not just for myself but for others.) When you are a prayer intercessor you tend to feel the weight of the burdens that other people carry! Oh, but how beautiful it is when the victory does come and that release takes place as God elevates our walk with Him and moves us in a new and fresh direction; we walk together in victory and rejoice together as brothers and sisters in Christ! Though it's been a fight and exhausting... how I trust Him and know that His word won't return unto thee void! I had no idea of the spiritual battle I would enter a week later in July that would fight for a month... BUT GOD... none of this is in vain! I am going to SEE A VICTORY, well actually I have seen a victory. The victory God promised me in August! In August I receive the news that a disease I've battled since December 2006 is officially in remission! In August, while praying at church and being prayed over, God gave me clarity and revelation regarding a situation with my medicine and that issue has turned around for the good ! But others (you) are going to see a victory also! I know in my heart that God is elevating my walk with Him! And, sometimes that means fighting through things we didn't think we would have to... but the key is NOT QUITTING AND NOT LAYING DOWN IN DEFEAT! Like the praise song says, "I'M GONNA SEE A VICTORY, for the battle belongs to You Lord... You take what the enemy meant for evil, and You turn it for good"!

Again, I am here to remind you that the VICTORY IS YOURS (you have the power through Jesus Christ to overcome the enemy and his foes). He who is in you (Jesus and the Holy Spirit) is greater than anything (anyone) in this world. The world (satan) can throw their best weapons at you (those weapons can form, but they will NOT prosper), and they are no match for the Almighty God that is in you. Those weapons of hardship, difficulties, trials, and tribulations will come... BUT GOD will never abandon you nor leave you during these tough times. He protects you day and night. He does not sleep nor slumber. He does not turn a deaf ear nor a blind eye to your situations. The enemy will try to deceive you by planting doubt and discouragement in your mind. Cast all of those feelings on Jesus because His yoke is easy, and His burden is light. Stand firm on the Word of God and in prayer to Him. You will overcome the evil one. Again, the victory is yours. None of us know what we will one hundred percent will actually face this week or after that, but we are called to stand firm on His word and promises as children of God, and stay ready for His return. I lay down in peace at night, confident of the hedge of protection He has on my life. God has me (you). God already went ahead of me (you) to pave every crooked path straight. When you realize victory is fully yours, you realize it when you completely surrender the situation(s) to God. Let me tell you, I've moved out of the way this month regarding these health issues. I've stepped aside and I've gave it all to the Lord; it's all in His perfect and healing hands. When we get out of the way and let God take complete control... when we take our hands off of the situation(s)... that is when God does His best work. I walk in freedom, victory, peace, and assurance as I face the unknowns of life. I can boldly and confidently say that the Lord is my helper, my strong tower, my strength, and my very present help in time of need.

"Thank You Lord for saturating me in Your love, peace, comfort, reassurance, and presence today! I pray that others who are hurting and in need of a touch from You can feel You, Lord, in a special way through reading this! VICTORY IS YOURS! Amen."
