Trust the Process!

God's speaking... I'm listening. Every day is not a good day, but you need to be encouraged, take a deep breath, smile, and ask the Holy Spirit to give you a spirit to receive and keep going. Trust the process, in which God is taking you through to prepare you for your promise. I find peace in knowing that with every promise there comes a process. Let me break it down in this way. In Jeremiah 18:6, it talks about the potter and the clay. The process of becoming a pot from a lump of clay can’t be a pleasant one. The clay is shaped, left to set, and then put in a furnace. But at no point does the clay stop having a purpose. Although at times it may be difficult to see what God is doing with you, He promises that He is working on you and molding you to be more like Him. We’re a work in progress and nothing is stronger than this Potter’s commitment to finishing what He began. The process doesn’t always make sense, and it doesn’t always feel good, but there is a...
