Be Cautious!

I know this needs to be shared: Yes, I suffered for a long while. But I've always said, I would rather suffer for a short time, while here on this earth.. then to suffer for all eternity in hell.  I feel that a huge chunk of my memory seems to be gone from those eight years of continuous sedation and anthesia and unnecessary medications taken from 2003-2010, but through that pain and suffering the Lord brought me a brand new smile and unspeakable joy, along with great discernment... discernment to know when it is God speaking and the devil lying to me, sometimes through other people... And because I now have that discernment I would go through every uncomfortable, painful situation all over again!
 
Please know that everyday, there are 'wolves dressed in sheep's clothing' on TV, the radio, computer, at work, church, friends, etc. Anytime you are given a word that doesn’t line up with THE WORD OF GOD (THE BIBLE)… you better not receive it. In no way, shape or form am I perfect... that isn't my job or what I'm called to do... I do my best to live the Word everyday and show my love for Christ to others and pray my actions and words show that I'm a Christian... I do my best to speak positive into every situation I face and to others... I no longer wake up thinking how can I sin today? Praise God, those days of premeditated sin are far behind me! I know that there is a difference in purposely sinning and being caught off guard by the devil's schemes and lies. Still I'm walking and living in this human earthly flesh and until I'm no longer doing so, I will continue to have moments of weakness, and struggle with things, but it is during those times of weakness, that HE IS STRONG through me! ♥
 
God's Love is unconditional and His Forgiveness is free, no matter how many times I mess up! I will tell you this... if someone is constantly telling you God said this or that for you to do... then the next day it is something completely opposite… (ex. One day God said you’re full of Joy, and next day you’re robbed of your joy according to God)… that's the devil lying. The God I serve keeps His promises, His Word shall not return void, and if God is calling you to do something... the person makes the decision whether to accept or reject His calling. Also, God doesn't tell anyone anything that would bring shame, guilt or embarrassment onto someone else. If a person starts speaking stuff like that you better turn and run the other way... tell the devil to back off and start praising the name of Jesus! One final thought, if God hasn’t spoken to you about it, then be cautious when another person gives you a ‘word’…. God is going to be dealing with your heart about a certain issue, then you may receive a word from someone that is confirmation to what God has already told you. However,  if it is something out in left field that has never even crossed your mind... rest assured… that person has no idea that the devil is disguising himself as an angel of light, and lying through them. Just be cautious my friends…. the Lord is clearly saying to me, "Be Cautious"!!!!

8.21.2022 - 8.24.2022 • A "reconnect and reset trip" to the Great Smoky Mountains with my dear friend of 10 years, Susan. We haven't got to visit and see each other in a long while. We talk over the phone some. In 2012, we met while attending the same church, and connected instantly. Why A Blog Titled: "Becoming Better Women"?

Back around the last week of October 2017, I had a dream about the acronym "BBW" standing for something profound! I was standing in a room full of women, some I knew and some I had never seen before in my life and I looked down at a piece of paper and it said in bold cursive writing, BBW =  "Becoming Better Women" . There were women of all shapes and sizes in this room, different ages and races, showing different emotions. Nothing was said in the dream but when I woke up I didn't forget about it. In fact, a couple of days later I text myself those three words, becoming better women. Not yet knowing what to do with it, what it meant exactly, but feeling very strongly the Lord gave it to me for a reason! I had no idea that a week later, after having this dream, I would end up in the hospital for what seemed to be the longest and most challenging 7 days of my life! We Prepare for Battle in Prayer!

Read Ephesians 6:10-18 The armor of God is vital to Christian belivers when it comes to our prayer life, overcoming spiritual warfare, and overcoming a lukewarm lifestyle. We can learn to become crucified in Christ so that the flesh part of us can resist the enemy's lies and temptations to sin. We can become transformed into a new person in Christ and no longer be enslaved to our old habits and sinful nature and attitude.
